Check-in
Please check your messages/email before your arrival. We will send you your room number and Key Code for your Suite that will be valid for the extent of your stay. If you prefer a different mode of contact please provide us that information. Please note if you book with a 3rd party, i.e. Expedia or Booking.com, your room details will show up in your Expedia Inbox/messages. Please note, some 3rd party booking engines do not provide us your contact information. To make sure you receive your Suite details we recommend using an established company (Booking.com, Expedia, Travelocity, Orbits, Priceline, etc.)
Payment
We will charge the credit card used at booking the day of your scheduled arrival. Call us if you need to make other arrangements.
Cancellations
Thank your for choosing our hotel. Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for 50% of your reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. If your reservation must be canceled (full or partial) within 30 days of check-in you will be charged 50% of the canceled reservation. If the whole house reservation is canceled (full or partial) within 5 days of check-in you will be charged 75% of the reservation price of the canceled rooms.

Smoking
Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Pets
No Pets. Only Service Dogs are allowed for people with disabilities. If a guest chooses to disregard this policy they will be asked to leave and we reserve the right to charged an extra $75.00 on top of their booking price.
ADA POLICIES
We accommodate guests with special ADA requirements in our ADA Queen room.
Other
The use of a Crib or Roll-away must be requested in advance. We do not do Long-Term Rental. The maximum length a guest can stay is 15 days.
Any damages due to negligence, accident, or willful abuse may result in additional fees.
Please be respectful to our property and other guests. If your actions at our property negatively affect another guest due to, but not limited to, excess noise, harassment of another guest, or damage to another guests property, the offending guest/s maybe held responsible for the price of the effected guest's room.
If we find a guest in violation of of our policies they may be asked to leave to find other accommodations.
